Hi Guys,

MY PROBLEM:

In my application in the background, I want to have a world map.

So while creating some element on the map, i want to specify the GPS co-ordinates for that element.

Then that particular element has to go to the specified position on the map.

[ The element i refered here is another small image say like some thumb nail or tile ]

Requirement 2:
Say I created a element in india location and then, if I change the background image to some other map say africa map,
then the elements which I created must not appear.

Need help from you guys:

How can I do this?
It is an stand alone application which uses swings/awt.

Thanks in advance,
Ramesh S

ItDoesntWorkIsUseless. What doesn't work? What happens and what did you expect to happen? Can you show some relevant code?

Once is enough, thank you. UseOneThreadPerQuestion. Closing this thread, but Wouter's comments also apply to your other thread.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
