Hi CodeRanch community.

Hi everybody. Well, i was wondering if someone here know some API or framework to capture and decode packets from internet to use in my applications.

I don't need this to bad things. I just need to study to my college exam. So, it's just for academic study.

Thanks for your attention anyway.

Hmm... I don't know much but, i guess JPcap and JNetPcap are not the same thing. JPcap can only capture packets from Java programs and it cannot decode them.

Anyway...

Hi Rob. Do you know another tutorial about JNetPCap? I mean, i want another one to have an another study source. But i'll read this, from the own site anyway.

Thanks!
