I'm trying to centralize the dbcp connection pool information for many tomcat instances into one location. In other words instead of declaring the same connection pool information across 10 different tomcat instances I want the tomcat to read that type of configuration from 1 location and build the pool based on that. That way if something needs to change it is changed in one location.

Can someone please point me in the correct direction. I have a couple of ideas on how to do that however, if someone has already done that it would be helpful
