Applet Warning Window Issue

Hi, I have an applet signed and every time I access the page that has the applet then the warning pop-up window appears. So far so good, but when I click the OK button (in the warning message) if I open other tab in my browser and I open the applet, it remember my choice.The only way I can make the pop-up warning show up again is by closing the browser and open again the page with the applet.
Is there is any way I can make the warning pop-up opens every time even if a open the page with the applet in other tab (without closing the browser) or make my choice is not remembered?
