In which case, you need to download a new copy, compile and install it. Which is one reason why I don't use it. I don't need the extra
boost that makes it worth doing binary builds customized to each of the particular servers that I run Tomcat on.
If you're asserting that the original source file as kept on the Tomcat download servers is corrupt, I recommend checking the Tomcat bug database. If it really IS corrupt, I don't think that fact will go too long unreported, and you'll also likely find ways to work around the problem.
