Tomcat starting problem on server 2003

I have install tomcat on server 2003 .It was insatlled successfully, but when i was tyring to start it. It's giving following error message in log files...

Apparently that is related to a special native library - see this documentation.

But the content of the file tomcat-native-1.1.20-src was corrupt.

So will you please suggest any other option for this.

In which case, you need to download a new copy, compile and install it. Which is one reason why I don't use it. I don't need the extra boost that makes it worth doing binary builds customized to each of the particular servers that I run Tomcat on.

If you're asserting that the original source file as kept on the Tomcat download servers is corrupt, I recommend checking the Tomcat bug database. If it really IS corrupt, I don't think that fact will go too long unreported, and you'll also likely find ways to work around the problem.

I am trying to solve this problem by the way as you suggested but getting very problems like file is corrupt, file not found when trying to create that Dynamic link library.
So will you please suggest any other way to solve that problem.
