I have the following program in NetBeans. How do I go about packaging it up into a Jar File for distirbution? Can I do this from NetBeans or do I need to do it from the command prompt?
Thank you.
package HelloWorldApp; public class Main { public static void main(String[] args) { System.out.println("Hello World!"); // Display the string. } }

Not sure of NetBeans but we have Export option under File menu in Eclipse
You can use "jar -cvf "*.class" <jar-name>" also...
