password strength using dictionary words.

I have to implement a password strength checker, If its a dictionary word, it should be marked as weak.

I have implemented the same, but is there any good free English dictionary word list available.

I am just loading the words once and the checking it with the user input.

I did find a few but it has license issues...Is there any thing which is free and can be use for commercial purpose as well.
