i m trying hibernate example using Oracle
the same code has executed successfully for me using mysql
but whenever i tried it using oracle its giving me error specifying

Input #1: Lay off the lurid red boldface type. It lacks subtlety.

Input #2: If you have a Hibernate question, ask it in the Hibernate forum. That's where the Hibernate experts hang out. So I'm going to move this thread over there.

Input #3: I'm just guessing here, but I suspect you didn't set up the OracleDialect on your persistence configuration.
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
