Hi Guys,

I'm trying to make a plugin in eclipse which will place warning markers in an Xml file. I created my own custom view where these markers will be placed and and when the user clicks on one of them the plugin will open up the Xml file in an editor taking the user to the marker's location. Similar to if you had a java warning and clicked on the marker it would take you to the location of that warning in the java file.

This is my first plugin so I'm taking it one step at a time. I just want to start by having my plugin open a file when a marker is clicked, but I cant figure out how to that even. The OpenFileAction seems to be the class I need, but even after checking the javadocs I can't figure out how to use it.

Thanks in advance for your help.
