That is a nice application. But i guess its better to do it the "old-fashioned" way - use and sharpen memory (and to keep memory healthy - eat healthy & exercise).
I guess GPS is a better application of such a thing, but only when you venture into a new place. IMO, its better not to depend on GPS for places in ones home city. Instead, use memory once you become familiar with a city. IMHO, one must use such tech only when its absolutely necessary, otherwise ones natural senses lay unused and become dull with time.
