I got a question in interview:"what all you know in core java?"
So can you please tell me what all comes under CORE JAVA.

That's a strangely vague interview question.

In any event, one approach to understanding it would be to consider the table of contents in Core Java, Vol. I: Fundamentals and in Core Java, Vol. II: Advanced Features. That's a pretty good way of assessing the breadth of your own coverage.
