My Question Is Based On (My Personal Experience) In The Exams, I Did NOT See Array Questions With The Last Three Statements 'Characteristics'.(Or Was I Lucky??)...
My Guess Is That ExamLab Is Trying To 'Toughen' Us Up Towards Our Preparations...Am I Correct?? Can Someone Help?? Thanks.

In my opinion on Exam point of view you must be able to distinguish between correct syntax and incorrect syntax around array declaration and accessing. this question is just one of those who force you to check your understanding of syntax on array declaration.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
