unable to align the widgets (ListViewers and buttons) in a single row when constructing DualListBox

constructing duallistbox in java and need to align the list viewers & buttons appropriately.

The order is:

4 columns, availableListviewer -- addremove button -- selectedListviewer -- upbutton/downbutton

addremove buttons & updown buttons should be of smaller size & centrally aligned in the same row, while both the listviewers should be of same width.

can anyone guide me in setting the layout?

See A Visual Guide to Layout Managers. Maybe a horizontal BoxLayout would be a good place to start.

application is rcp one and swt widgets. also the duallist control is in a new dialog
