facing problem in event handling

sir,

I am developing one project , in which I have only one frame , on that frame I have added different JPanel via using CardLayout Manager.
I have added differenct components (like TextFields, Buttons,etc. ) on each JPanel(a form page : to enter details).

My Question is :

Q: When I am clicking the Save button on JPanel Form page after taking input from the user via textfields, nothing is happening.
Q: The code which I have written in actionPerformed() method is not even executing the System.out.println(" in save button");

what should I do?
