Applet laoding issue: class not found

Dear friends,
I am doing a project where i am loading an applet and i am getting error like below.

load: class EventMonitoring.class not found.
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: EventMonitoring.class

Post the directory structure that you have on the server and also the complete APPLET tag.
