Is it possible to make a window always on top AND exclusive to the space it occupies? Meaning that while AlwaysOnTop is true no other windows will be able to even sit behind my window?

Ok,
Let me give more detail on what I'm trying to do:
I don’t only want it to be the top most window no matter what BUT I want the space on the display it is taking to be unavailable to any other programs that would be moved into those pixels of the screen. You see I have my launchpad sitting on the secondary monitor and when I move a window (like finder) into that same space the upper part of that finder window is over lapped by launchpad because I have the Jframe.setAlwaysOnTop(); true. Well I would like to see if when I move that window into the second monitor in the overlapping space that it simply doesn't become a space available to move into....you know what I mean? There are other applications that do this like SlingBox and I was just wondering if the JVM has the ability to offer the same type of functionality.

Not that I am aware of. JNI might be able to help you out but I can't tell you more details about that, because I simply don't know any.
