When opening Enterprise Manager of Microsoft SQL Server Under SQL Server Group nothing is being displayed(My friend says that he accidently deleted it )..how to retain those stuff

That is the (Local)(Windows NT) and folders under those that is Databases , Data Transformation services, Management , Replication etc
