mso-number-format question

Is it possible using mso-number-format to translate as well as format so given .

the number 6664,4000 will output the number 6664.4000 and not the number 66644000.00 which it does using the standard patterns.

Are there any good forums or links i could use.

I think that this is not possible but need to prove it.
