problem is:

i have embedded applet in a jsp page using <jsp:plugin>
Applet has a button which opens an Awt Frame.But the problem is
when the frame opens it has a warning image like this near the close option at the top.why so??

is it possible to store data entered in the textfields provided on the frame? if yes how....???

The image is broken for me, for it's probably the warning that all windows opened by applets show; that's quite normal. If you want to remove it you'll have to sign the applet AND convince your users to accept your digital certificate (which may or may not be a big deal, depending on whose behalf the applet is signed).
