After a lot of investigation and time, I am not quite able to figure out what I can't bring my simple struts app up? I keep getting this resource not available message. I have already looked through similar issues that others have but can't figure it out.

Any ideas where I need to look at or what I could be missing here? Welcome.jsp seems to be all good as well.

Thanks,
Asher.
