Hi,
I was just wondering could anyone help me. Im trying to create a GUI that will take in a file selected from somewhere on your hard disk in order to have it tested for code smells. I just have not a clue how to import the file or even how to create such a thing in the GUI.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks

Welcome to the Ranch.

You can use JFileChooser to select the file.
You can find more info about creating Swing GUIs here http://download.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/uiswing/
