Horizontal scroll bar and Padding Problem in Firefox

Hi,

In jsp page, the horizontal scroll bar appears unnecessarily.
I tried to solve this issue using the following script

But the problem not get resolved. there is about 5px gap appears in the right hand side.
I dont know how to remove the padding using javascript. Please guide me to solve this issue.

P.S : Dont want to use hidden. Because the value is fetching from the DB. So its not the right solution.

Patching it after the fact is unlikely to work. Find out what's causing the scroll bar in the first place. Likely you have some CSS that's boofing things up.
