I'm a Java programmer with experience in developing J2SE apps. I have a bachelor's degree in computer science.

Can you recommend a good online school that will teach me to be a Java Web developer?

What skills do I need to get a good job as a web-developer?

HTML? CSS? JDBC? JavaScript? These? and what else?

To become a good java web devloper you must knowt these technologies : servlets, JSP, HTML, CSS, javascript JDBC

After getting familier with these above you can start with struts, spring MVC or JSF framework.
