Axis webservice - rookie question

I have created my first axis web service (as I need to generate WSDL for client). However in my implementation class no annotation is working. I can not use persistence context, I can't get UserTransaction using @Resource annotation. I am missing something? I have deployed the web service inside my web application (WAR folder now is in EAR, as Eclipse has restructured my project) and in other classes I have no problems with for example injecting entity manager by @In EntityManager entityManager. What as rookie I see, axis web service works a little like a servlet, however my implementation class is not a servlet... My web application is Seam app, so when I want ot get for example entity manager in servlet, I simply wrap the method with new ContextualHttpServlet which I can not do here.

Can anyone give me a clue? Perhaps I could provide some more details?
