Hi All,
my web.xml have
<taglib>
<taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/struts-html.tld</taglib-uri>
<taglib-location>/WEB-INF/struts-html.tld</taglib-location>
</taglib>
and in my
jsp <%@ taglib uri="/WEB-INF/struts-html.tld" prefix="html"%>
when i m trying to access my jsp then it is giving following error:

I have alreadey seen related articles on this site, but it couldnt help me
is there any dtd problem, i dont have idea about dtd, what we are specifying in web.xml in doctype
