how can i send a mail using spring service?

as of now i can send mail using
java
mail with hard coding in java class.
some told me that as we also send mail using spring service?
please help by telling that.

Here's a link to that exact documentation on Email in Spring

Basically a MailSender class that you define as a bean and use it to send a MailMessage object.
