All ?

I have a swing application . I would like to extend this application and make it more user friendly.
Existing swing application has too many screens and too many mistakes are happening in the field and HW with which swing applciation interfaces is getting corrupted .

If I want to develop a simpler SWING application with one screen and simple GUI - What are my options ?
( I donot have code for existing complicated SWING GUI applciation ?)

* Emualting key storkes ???
* Instantiating existing swing object in my application and using its methods ??
( I need to know the API of main swing object . I am not sure i have that now .. )

so you want to re write the old SWING with a new version of SWING??

structure the program this time if you are writting it of the top of your head.. outline what you want to achive and write the program to that outline...

other wise you will keep re-writting the program...

such as what i have done many times before i started designing what i want to write....

have classes for each major task event and methods that run in each class and a global methods class that access other classes...

i am green tho so the brains of the site will show you the real way, but i like it here and want to devlop and help..
