I'd like to know if "Agile Hiring" is more indicated to Human Resources department or to IT department.
The book is geared toward technical organizations, such as IT, who are hiring technical people. One premise of the book is that people with expertise in the area they are hiring for, should be the key players in the hiring activity. There are many things an HR department can do to support hiring. Determining a professional's qualifications isn't one of them.
