hi
i am a new to spring, i ve started reading spring in action book 2 edition but now some say that version of spring is outdated. so should i first read basics of spring in this book or is there any book for latest version of spring(with annotation)

I recommend reading a Spring 3 book like the third edition of "Spring in Action." You will get something out of the book that you have, but will then need to "unlearn" things so it is better to start with a current book.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
