What operating system are you running on? The JVM needs to access a function in a native library to access the zip file, and it cannot find the library or the entry point. On Windows, the library is zip.dll in the bin directory.

First let's get this running outside of Eclipse. So exit Eclipse, open a Command Prompt, cd to the jboss_home/bin directory and run: run.bat
If that still has problems, post the console output, starting with the run.bat command you entered.
If that works, let me know.

cd to the jboss_home/bin directory and run: run.bat is working fine there are no errors.

But when I start the jboss server using Jboss tool plugin within the eclipse it is giving the error.

Why I am using JBoss Tool is to deploy a single java file without manually compiling whole project and start the jboss server again when there are any changes i that file.

is there are any other plugins which does the same ?

Have you read the JBoss Tools documentation? It has several helpful tutorials. (Based on your other post where you have a .java file in the deploy directory, I suspect that you are doing some very fundamentally wrong. I have no idea of how to convince JBoss Tools to do what you made it do. Spend some time working through the some of the tutorials in the documentation and after that try again what you are attempting to do.)
