Hi,

This is regarding part 2 assigment. In my assigment, there are certain web services component and modeling tool used by the system.Do i need to depict that in the component diagram? Also is it advisabe to add additional objects apart from those depicted in the domain model. The reason is the domain model describes the main objects.I presume there might be additional objects which may be required. In addition,I would like to know what is the recommended UML tool that can be used.

Thanks and regards

i think that if same of your assignment use cases speak about to get data from a webservice or to render something in a modelling tool then you MUST provide something in the component diagram.
But if none of your use cases has nothing to do with that, but the assignment background says something, so you can show a method in some class that does the work.
I'm doing in this way!
