The application I work on was created in JSC 2.1 and there was no new development on it for a few years. Now this application needs more features - and using JSC is turning out to be one nightmare when it comes to productivity of the developers. We decided to try out moving to Netbeans by doing this ---
to have a new page with the more recent webui jar file working parallelly with the existing pages with the older Sun Rave jars supported in JSC. Then building a project with these pages so that Tomcat can deploy and run them and does not impact the future pages.

Here's what I've tried so far -
1. Installed Netbeans 6.0.1 on my CentOS and opened the project
2. Tried opening an existing screen - which gave an error -this was expected
3. Tried creating a fresh page - which gave an error saying certain jar files do not exist- this wasn't expected since the same works on my Windows PC with same version of Netbeans i.e. 6.0.1.
4. Tried adding those jar files to the libraries but without success, error stay as is.

Now it looks like the only option left is to rewrite the entire UI javascript:emoticon(''); or continue tackling JSC and its related issues till infinity javascript:emoticon('');. Would welcome any perspective or comments on this.
