Hi everybody,

Thanks to this forum, I've managed to almost complete my assignment, and the only thing to do now is a user guide. However, I'm a bit confused what exactly I'm supposed to write there. This is what the instructions say:

User documentation for the database server and the gui client.



A part about the gui client is obvious. But what do they mean by the words "database server"? What kind of docs should I provide for the database server?

That's an easy one. I wrote about how to start each mode of the application, then how you can provide configuration settings for each mode and finally how you can work with each application. So for the (database) server application how you can start/stop it. And for the client application (both network and standalone, because it's the same application) how you can search for records, book a record,...
