Hello, I've been working with webservices and wsdl (contract first) and I stopped because I'm getting the following error:

WSDL: The element 'http://www.w3.org/2006/05/addresing/wsdl#Anonymous' is not permitted as constrained by 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/#tBinding'; expecting operation | nothing

An extract of my wsdl is the following, I'm getting the error in the line marked with RED:

<wsdlperation name="Get">
<wsdl:input>
<soap:body use="literal"/>
<wsp:PolicyReference URI="#ResourceBinding_Get_Input_Policy"/>
</wsdl:input>
<wsdlutput>
<soap:body use="literal"/>
<wsp:PolicyReference URI="#ResourceBinding_Get_Output_Policy"/>
</wsdlutput>
<wsaw:Anonymous>required</wsaw:Anonymous>
</wsdlperation>
<wsdlperation name="Put">
<wsdl:input>
<soap:body use="literal"/>
<wsp:PolicyReference URI="#ResourceBinding_Get_Input_Policy"/>
</wsdl:input>
<wsdlutput>
<soap:body use="literal"/>
<wsp:PolicyReference URI="#ResourceBinding_Get_Output_Policy"/>
</wsdlutput>
<wsaw:Anonymous>required</wsaw:Anonymous>
</wsdlperation>

It works perfectly on Netbeans IDE, it does not show any error, but when I implement the wsdl on Rational Application Developer (create a wsdl file in a Dynamic web project), it always shows me the error in the <wsaw:Anonymous>required... tag
