I'm on a project where the server configuration is the hhtp server and app server are on separate boxes separated by a firewall. Can a loaded jsp on the http server call a servlet or struts on the application server on the phyically different server?

Thanks for all your help!!

The technology used on the respective servers is moot. A URL is a URL. If you want to link or submit a form to the other server, simply use the appropriate URL to contact the target resource.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
