Correct Way to Package Taglibs in a Jar File

Hi,
I'm experienced with Java, but I'm now starting to use J2EE and JSP. I have a few web applications that all could use a common set of tags. Instead of having all 3 web apps have their own copy of the TLDs and classes, I'd like to package them into a JAR and have each web app reference the JAR.

I've done some Googling, but my Google-Fu seems to be off. Can anybody point me to some definitive documentation about the correct way to do this? Pointers would be nice, too .

Well, the definitive documentation is the JSP Specification, which all JSP authors should have handy.

But what it comes down to is: jar up the class files as per usual, and put the .tld in META-INF.
