I am facing issue while integrating my ranch account with blackbeltfactory. I have put my JBB ID at ranch profile as first instruction but when I try to integrate it from blckbeltfactory it says "Integration not authorized" !

Is it because I have space in my blackbelt factory Id ?

Thanks,
Shailesh

The BlackBeltFactory integration calls a special URL we've provided for this purpose. For you it is:
https://coderanch.com/forums/bbf/list/78714

You can click on it to confirm, we do return your BlackBeltFactory id. Which means the spaces aren't causing any problems at our end. I recommend asking the BlackBeltFactory folks. Maybe they were having technical problems or not accommodating a space or something else.
