set radio button value in jsp using javascript?

I have a dynamic form and in its present and absent filed of radio button i want to select present or absent more than one

Actually I have a jsp form in which one static field for current date and below this 3 fields those are dynamic first for staff_name, second for present and the last and third for absent. Now I want to be select present OR absent for any one OR more than one staff member so what should I do for select more than radio for present OR absent and I want to insert these values ina table according to staff member name and their status present or absent in current date....

Please any one help me...........
