Should we provide a separate document for Design decisions or should this be included in the assumptions document?

If the answer is the assumptions document, should / can they be mixed in with assumptions or should we provide this in a different section of the assumptions document, under Design decisions?

Thanks.

I feel it will be better to provide a sperate section for design decisions. Having a seperate section will allow you to provide rationale along with the different options considered before arriving at the final decision

Assumptions and design decisions are separate sections.
Try to provide cross references in the main html file so that evaluator won't get lost while going thru the assignment.
