Unix alike 'diff' utility in Java?

I'm finding the 'diff' utility the one found in unix same as in java.

I came across this- http://www.java2s.com/Code/Java/File-Input-Output/Difftextfiledifferenceutility.htm . Not really sure how accurate is this.

If you have any other suggestion for other utility or reviews for above utility please let me know.
