Hello All,
I am using eclipse 3.3.1
I am going to work on the Dynamic Web Project.
My eclipse which i am using doesnt have the option to create Dynamic Web Project.
i.e the plugins are missing.
Can you help me to to do the following

1) what i have to do create a Dynamic Web Project in eclipse?
2) Where do i have to download the plugins for eclipse 3.3.1 to create a Dynamic Web Project in eclipse?

I suspect that you downloaded the wrong Eclipse package - you need to download the package labelled "Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers".
