Doubt about the time you have to wait to take the essay after sending the assigment?

Due to the changes that Oracle has recently made ​​to the certifications, I have a doubt about the time you have to wait to take the essay after sending the assigment?

Somebody know some about this?

As per my understanding for the new policy this seems to be correct to me as of now.

yes, all these questions are unanswered as of now. In any case, we are unable to schedule for part III now. In the final page, it says, 'you can't take until the assignment is graded'. So, we have to first 'upload' the assignment - which will then be validated by Oracle - whatever that means - once that gets reflected in pearson, we will be able to schedule for part III. Ideally, you would want to take the essay exam asap after submitting the assignment. Added to this, we have to first get an exchange voucher from Oracle for submitting part II - I am really regretting that I didn't do it before end of May unlike others - but, I wasn't sure at that time and now have to wait...

That's why I finished part 2 and part 3 on 31st May. But still don't know what's going on and when will I get the results. There is a possibility that assignments being submitted now won't even be graded before 1st Aug due to the rush.

yah, I agree and I missed it and am still waiting for the replacement voucher. About the Aug.1, I think there is still no clarity on whether we have to take up the random assignment if we resubmit after Aug.1

I had an email saying mine was being sent for grading and that it would take between 6 and 8 weeks depending on submission volume. I would think that the majority of assignments attempting to avoid the deadline would be submitted in July. I'm hoping that the grading process will be reasonably quick so if I have to re-submit I still have time before 1st August.

I just cleared my part 1 last week and i am planning to submit my assignment by end of june, my question is if they are not able to grade my assignment by 31st july, then i will not be able to answer my part 3 ? and in that case i will have to attend the training ?

I have also submitted my assignment 5 weeks back and still waiting for results. I think they are taking more time due to submission volume.

This is the response I got from oracle about this same question:

Hi Roberto,

Please note that you will not be able to schedule the essay exam before uploading the assignment. We request you to confirm us the date of purchase of your assignment or provide us the confirmation email received after purchasing the assignment, so that we can issue the voucher to you.

After completing the assignment you can upload the same by following the steps which we have provided. Once you upload the assignment you will be able to schedule the essay exam, you can schedule the essay on the same day you upload the assignment.
