If there's an difference of viewing a same application in different browser than what parameter we must check first?

Java web applications would be independent of client browsers. If you are talking about cross browser issues, how about checking what each individual browser supports?

Its depends how you are developing the application,,

If you are using CSS then be sure the view will be different on differect browsers like IE,Mozilla,Chrome...
