I have been assigned to design a webservice and being a newbie I need help regards the design in Axis2

The input to the service would have at least 500 records of data with each record having specific number of fields.

The service needs to do the following-
1) Methods to manipulate data based on specific logic and change formatting of input request data

2) Use the data above to call another web servce.

Output of the service would be: manipulated data from method 1 & response from 2nd web service call.

What are best ways to design the wsdl - top-down or bottom up ?

I have gone through designing the wsdl on xmlspy and got stuck.Need help to verify if I am proceeding in the right direction. If anyone could provide a sample wsdl it would be great help as I am on a time-crunch mode right now.

What binding would be best to use - soap with Saaj with the payload of 500 records xml request contained within attachment.
How would the request and response be defined.
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
