Hello everyone

I am using struts 2 and crystal report XI in my project.
My web.xml looks something like this

This is my directory structure
WebContent->Reports->all report .rpt files
WebContent->JSP-> all JSPs .jsp
WebContent->crystalreportviewers

whenever I open a report, the report opens but when click the next button an error occurs.
Error
The viewer is unable to connect with the CrystalReportViewerServlet that handles asynchronous requests.
Please ensure that the Servlet and Servlet-Mapping have been properly declared in the application's web.xml file.

Can anyone help me please
