Hello,

I need to show a 10 records at a time in a jsp page.
I don't think Logic tag's Iterate attribute will be useful as it just iterates a list/array.

Is there any other tag I can use. I have heard about Display tag but haven't used it so far.

Can any other attribute of Logic tag be used?

Please advise.

Thank you.

There are no such things as logic tags in JSP. Perhaps you mean Struts tags?

In any case, the JspFaq has an entry on paging data. Please read it.

Hey Bear,

Yes. I meant Logic tags in Struts.

I'll check out the faqs.

Thanks for the advice.

Hi Bear,

The faqs page tells about the db part only.

I need to alter the existing jsp only.

There are plenty of tag libraries which do pagination for JSPs. You seem to have found some already, but you're rejecting them for some reason which I don't understand. Could you explain why?

Hey Paul,

I doubt that the logic tag will be useful in this case.
While I have no problem with the display tag if it helps , I want to find other options as well as I'm going to implement it tomorrow and plan to have 2-3 options handy.

Thanks for your response.
