Classcast Exception

Hi,

I am trying to write a custom tree component by extending the primefaces Tree component.I have implemented all the methods and my facesConfig and facelet.taglib.xml looks like this

 <renderer>
            <component-family>javax.faces.Input</component-family>
            <renderer-type>com.abc.component.tree.MyTreeRenderer</renderer-type>
            <renderer-class>com.abc.component.tree.MyTreeRenderer</renderer-class>
        </renderer>

<tag>
        <tag-name>mytree</tag-name>
        <component>
            <component-type>javax.faces.Input</component-type>
            <renderer-type>com.abc.component.tree.MyTreeRenderer</renderer-type>
        </component>
    </tag>

When I access the page, I get the error

java.lang.ClassCastException: javax.faces.component.UIInput cannot be cast to org.primefaces.component.tree.Tree
	at com.abc.component.tree.MyTreeRenderer.encodeEnd(MyTreeRenderer.java:200)
	at javax.faces.component.UIComponentBase.encodeEnd(UIComponentBase.java:878)
	at org.primefaces.renderkit.CoreRenderer.renderChild(CoreRenderer.java:59)

Are my entries correct in the faces and taglib.xml?
