Change dinamically the server name directly on deployed web service client

I developed a web service client on Netbeans 7.0 / glassfish 3.1 based on wsdl that define the server name.

It is possible to change the server name directly to the deployed application (in glassfish) or is necessary to modify the original wsdl and then recompile and redeploy the application?
