Urgent Multiple Java Developer needs in Richardson TX no third party candidates and MUST be local

We have four Java Developer needs from Junior to Mid level with the descriptions below. These are contract to hire positions in Richardson Texas and candidates MUST be local. No third party candidates.

Mid Java
At minimum 4 years of Java Development experience and under 2 years of WebSphere Commerce Experience in any industry showing strong proficiency with:
Able to follow technical designs meeting budgeted hours estimates
Provides creative / thought leadership contributing to technical design
Has a minimum of 2 years j2ee development experience.
Flash integration and coding experience a plus.
Experience with Prototype, ExtJS, Dojo, JSP/Servlet, Struts, and Tiles etc a plus.
Web Application Development
Problem solving

Junior Java
Has Computer Science or equivalent Bachelor degree.
Has demonstrated a proficiency developing in Java, JavaScript, and JQuery with an interest in WebSphere Commerce development
Understands MVC Architectures and frameworks, with an interest in a career in Java development and architectures
Cross browser compatibility Windows (IE6, 7, 8), FireFox 3+ , Chrome) Mac (Safari, FireFox 3+ )
Should have good communications skills!
