Psychically guessing where you are so we can help you .... (perhaps you could clarify)

Have you tried buying the book from Amazon.co.uk? The site says that it is in stock and can have guaranteed delivery by Wednesday, June 29 (at least at the time that I went on the site).

Alternatively, the Kindle viewer is available for a great many platforms, including Microsoft Windows and Macintosh OSX. You could purchase the Kindle version and have it downloaded on your computer within minutes.

Alternatively this is available through Safari (Pearson has a link to the book on Safari if you don't want a full subscription to Safari).

Thanks Andrew, I have downloaded the kindle version yesterday night. Can you share your views on what to prepare apart from this book.

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
